Interested candidates should have experience in landscape maintenance including mowing, plantings, pruning, trimming, etc., possess strong leadership skills, be energetic, detail orientated & a team player. Hiring Bonus may be available to the right candidate with commercial landscaping experience and meets the hiring requirements. Compensation Hourly Rates are experienced based: Crew Member - $17.00 -$19.00 Crew Leader - $19.00 - $22.00 Qualifications Professional Landscape Experience Required - Valid Driver's License and willing to provide a copy of your clean driving record for a minimum 3 years We can provide instructions on how to obtain a copy of your Motor Vehicle Report online. Required - Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen, including Marijuana and obtain a medical DOT card. A medical Marijuana card is not accepted to pass the drug screen. Reliable Transportation All of our Crew Member positions are considered a "Crew Leader in training". We are constantly looking for those who show potential and willingness to move to the next level. Winter snow removal team is required for this position.
