As a Landscape Foreman, you will be responsible for managing a crew of 2-3 employees, ensuring the successful completion of landscaping and hardscaping projects, and maintaining a safe work environment. Responsibilities Effectively manage a crew of 2-3 employees Ensure the safe and efficient completion of landscape and hardscape installations Operate various construction equipment, including mini excavators, skid steers, and ditch witches Read and execute blueprints Communicate effectively with clients and team members Drive a truck and trailer combination Qualifications Valid and clean driver's license 3-5 years of hardscape and/or landscape installation experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong communication, math, job planning, and mechanical aptitude skills Working knowledge of standard construction practices Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, excluding marijuana Basic understanding of electricity, piping, and plumbing (preferred) Ability to recognize plant material (preferred) Class A CDL (preferred) Compensation Hourly: Up to $25.00 per hour , commensurate with experience.
