An established firm is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor for site civil engineering projects. This position is an in-office position working with the project team.If you're a Land Surveyor that's detail-oriented and enthusiastic about delivering great work, let's talk.Responsibilities Include:Responsible for translating projects between the office and the fieldPrepare property legal documentsDirecting all duties of field survey members assigned to them while performing field activities such as: construction staking, boundary, ALTA, topographic, and moreWork directly with other team members, mentoring and leadingPerform survey calculations for property boundariesTypes of surveys performed: Construction Staking, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Route Surveys, Topographic SurveysMonitoring projects from start to finish, interacting with clients* Build and maintain positive client relationshipsRequirements and Preferences:* 5+ years of experience* PLSProficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCADA strong record demonstrating the ability to increase professional responsibilities throughout the professional careerWell-connected and well-respected in the marketplace, with an ability to bring in clients and work to the firmThis client is ready to hire a Land Surveyor NOW and is actively conducting interviews this week, so don't wait.
