Job Summary: Position: Full-Time Laborer located in Crystal, MN. Compensation Type: Hourly. Compensation: $19 to $24 per hour. Benefits: 401K, Health, Dental, PTO. Key Responsibilities: Assist in installing waterproofing systems such as drain tile, sump pumps, egress windows, and moisture barriers. Dig trenches and perform earth-moving duties as required to prepare and complete waterproofing projects. Mix, pour, and smooth concrete and other materials. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment required to complete the project. Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards. Operate various hand and power tools, including drills, saws, and jackhammers. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment. Collaborate with leads and other team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and to specifications. Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a polite and professional demeanor. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required. Ability to perform physical labor and repeatedly lift, push, or pull 50 pounds. Comfortable working in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
