Here are some of the things you will do:
Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards Control traffic in and near our work zones Be the eyes and ears of our equipment operators and guide them in safe and efficient operations Dig trenches, di tches, backfill excavations, and compact and level earth to grade specifications Be a great , reliable team member We want our laborers to grow with us , and are excited to give you opportunities to grow your skill level and try new things. High energy. We work a lot of hours in a day, and your high energy will keep you going with the rest of your team . Strong work ethic . Someone who likes working outdoors ! The ability to stand for long periods, bend, lift , and other physical activity .
