The supervisor will undergo comprehensive training across all departments and will assume responsibility for overseeing the core lab. Proficiency in chemistry, immunology, blood bank, coagulation, urinalysis, and a foundational understanding of microbiology are imperative. A bachelor's degree and ASCP certification are highly preferred qualifications for this role.
The Laboratory Supervisor will directly report to the Director of the unit. This role entails a dual function, encompassing supervisory responsibilities and hands-on work at the laboratory bench. The incumbent will be entrusted with the oversight of all operations and tasks within specified shift(s) or department(s), with a primary focus on maintaining meticulous adherence to current regulatory and accreditation standards throughout technical procedures.
