Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the laboratory, including personnel management, workflow optimization, and resource allocation.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Extensive knowledge of laboratory testing procedures, instrumentation, and quality control protocols.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
