As a ManufacturingSupport and Service Technician with our Technical and Manufacturing SupportTeam, you will be responsible for:Travel to PETNET Solution Pharmacies to assist sites in the production processTrain and qualify new operators in new and current biomarker processesAssist sites in identifying failures and completing investigations of the most complex field problemsComplete assigned trainings and maintain qualifications to ensure readiness to support manufacturing effortsEnsure quality expectations for the company are met, communicating in a timely manner issues that require input from other departments.Prioritize identified problems and develop solutions to improve productivity and customer satisfactionRequired skills to have for thesuccess of this roleBS degree in chemistry, engineering or other science fields or equivalent experience recommendedMinimum 2 years' experience in the production of PET biomarkers or commercial operationsStrong interpersonal, organizational and managerial skillsExcellent attention to detail in the execution of job responsibilitiesAbility to accomplish multiple tasks in fast-paced environmentGood understanding of analytical equipment (TLC, HPLC, GC, etc.), how it works and interpretation of resultsUp to 60-75% travel as required to perform job functionsPreferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and ExperienceExperience with 18F radiochemistry is preferred but training will be provided to an otherwise well-qualified candidateExperience with general radiation safety and hazardous material handling or similar technical experienceExcellent oral and written communication skills neededExperience in operation and maintenance of complex analytical equipment such as HPLC, GC and TLCSiemens Healthineershas recently announced the next steps in our continued commitment to prioritizecolleague health, comply with customer/business partner requirements, and helppreserve our business continuity.Goingforward, please be aware that Siemens Healthineers requires full vaccinationfor COVID-19 for our U.S. employees, contractors, and business partners, wherelocal conditions allow, who:1) Are customer-facing(e.g., those required to visit a customer/business partner site or interactin-person with customers at any conference or meeting) OR2) Come on-site,whether regularly or occasionally, at any Siemens Healthineers location.(Note: Accommodationsmay be requested for certain medical or religious reasons)At Siemens Healthineers, we value those whodedicate their energy and passion to a greater cause.
