Summary
This position is responsible for closing month and year-end book in accordance with GAAP and IFRS leading accounting team and working together with other departments. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Financial planning and analysis, daily cash management, risk assessment, evaluating investment opportunities, preparation of tax filing and quarterly and year end audit. Responsibilities & Essential Functions Manage all corporate accounting operations including but not limit to credit, collection, AR, AP, financial reporting, journal entries, general ledger and reconciliation in accordance with GAAP and IFRS. Work closely with CFO to ensure accuracy of financial statements. Provide accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing financial statements and reporting. Track budget expenses, analyze variance, develop budget and initiate corrective actions. Monitor and confirm financial data and provide accurate and complete information to external auditor Closely monitor daily operating procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and implement changes for best practices as needed. Oversee weekly payment process and develop counter measures plan to minimize interest and penalty from vendors Analyzes records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenues, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred. Confirms accuracy of operating and financial reports Generate financial reports required by CFO in timely manner to meet due dates. Find maximum efficiency and internal control of accounting process in compliance with KSOX. Secondary Evaluate performance of team members to apply appropriate compensation and provide other opportunities. Understand business contracts to recognize its' terms and conditions Oversees accounting and finance team to prepare business plan and make sure all financial transactions are appropriately recognized in accordance with internal guideline and accounting principals. Establish training goals for team members and provide proper training courses.
