Kitchen Manager

Our fast-paced casual concept is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead our team. We are family-owned and have many loyal staff members. We are looking to grow our company and sales per location and value someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and operate our location with a business owner's mindset.
Kitchen Manager Benefits Base salary of $75k to $100k Unlimited Bonus based on net profit Health insurance stipend 401k with 4% match with maximum employee contribution Health Saving Plan with match 2 weeks PTO 5 paid holidays annually Kitchen Manager Requirements and Responsibilities Prior experience in a similar role of 3+ years High volume experience Banquets/Private Event experience ServSafe training or equivalent
