Directly Reports to: Executive of Staff, Director of Operations Collaborating Team: Director Drive-Thru, Director Hospitality, Director Sales and Brand Growth Provides Leadership to: BOH Team Leaders Food Safety & Quality Manager Back of House Training Manager Inventory Lead Vision Develop a Business Plan for the year with the Director of Operations and share with the Director Team defining all goals and a plan to reach them Meet with the Director Team weekly Meet with the BOH Leadership Team weekly Embody & share Dan's vision to your team…To be our community's favorite place to be refreshed and restored Embody & share Chick-fil-A Vision, Values, & Corporate Purpose to your team People Continuously develop the Back of House Leaders Weekly meetings with Team Leaders to challenge & encourage them Continuously develop yourself Sync up with Training Director on Training & Growth Plans for Back of House team Hold your team accountable for their responsibilities Complete evaluations on all Managers and Team Leads on your team on schedule (30, 60, 90 etc.) Complete the weekly Back of House schedule on time Tuesday at 5pm Quality & Guest Experience Time block your schedule to hit all areas of Kitchen every day (Kitchen, Facilities) Open & Close the restaurant at least 2x per month Enforce commitment to Excellence in all things, Ownership, & Teamwork Cultivate a Food Safety Culture Enforce Cleaning lists & implementation with entire staff Review Daily Safe Critical with Day and Night Assistant Directors Sales & Brand Growth Post and reiterate all Sales numbers and goals Create a competitive, enthusiastic, & positive culture towards reaching sales goals (SPI) Work in tandem with Sales and Marketing Director on catering & community events to ensure REMARKable and CAREing experiences for all guests and clients Stay up to date on all roll outs, LTO, & promotional items Financial Return Complete End of Month inventory and final submission to Support Center Control Food Cost Gap and BOH Labor Gap Ensure good stewardship of all resources Working at a Chick-fil-A® restaurant is more than a job – it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
