Responsibilities
• Cut, trim, and package meat for display• Operate various meat-cutting equipment• Rotate and store meat products according to standards• Assist customers with product questions• Clean and sanitize display cases and equipment• Comply with food safety and sanitation standards• Provide superior customer service• Answer customer questions and assist with selections
Requirements
• Minimum age 18• 1+ years of relevant experience or training• Completion of power jack training• Working knowledge of product rotation, sanitation, MS Outlook• Meat-cutting skills• Customer service and communication skills• Ability to function in a fast-paced, retail environment• Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy loads• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, pivot, push/pull, and grasp frequently• Ability to work in various environmental conditions
