Drivers are now paid $15 an hour + $1 guaranteed tip per delivery Drivers average $3.00 per delivery in tips from customers Drivers average 3 deliveries per hour Hourly tips average = $9/hr from customers + $3/hr guaranteed tips = $12/hr Hourly tips of $12/hr + $15/hr pay = $27.00/hr $27.00hr x 40hr a week = $1080/week 52 weeks a year = $56,160/year! Drivers also paid cash for every mile driven & this amount goes up with fuel prices. This is in addition to the income above
