Our team embarks on an intensive 3.5-week professional development journey each summer, committing ourselves to continual growth and improvement throughout the academic year. Key Responsibilities:
Mastery of provided curricula to deliver engaging and effective instruction on a daily basis
Creation of supplementary resources to enhance student comprehension and engagement
Implementation of school-wide and classroom routines to cultivate a conducive learning environment
Motivation and guidance of students towards meeting academic and behavioral expectations through clear communication and consistent support
Utilization of data to assess student performance, adapt lesson plans, and develop long-term strategies for addressing learning gaps
Regular communication with families to ensure alignment between home and school expectations
