Responsibilities
• Align program's mission with organization's core values• Develop shared vision for early childhood education• Continuously improve program through evaluation and new strategies• Foster culturally competent environment• Establish partnerships with related organizations• Conduct community needs assessments for program shaping• Develop staff capacity and provide necessary training• Lead recruitment and hiring process• Collaborate with teachers to analyze data and implement interventions• Ensure implementation of relevant curricula aligned with standards• Manage department resources and ensure compliance• Maintain safe and secure environment• Develop and administer budgets, explore funding sources, write grant reports• Communicate effectively with stakeholders• Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and commitment to growth• Stay updated on research, best practices, and legislation• Collaborate with other district early childhood initiatives
Requirements
• Three years of relevant programming experience• Three years of supervisory experience• Early Childhood or Parent and Family Education licensure• Minnesota Administrative License

• Knowledge of early childhood programs and developmental needs of young children• Strong organization and management skills• Ability to facilitate collaborative decision-making and delegate tasks• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Ability to work independently and carry out job responsibilities• Familiarity with school accounting, budgeting, and program evaluation• Ability to collaborate with a diverse school district community
