About This Job: As a Key Account Manager for Urology, you'll be instrumental in driving success within your assigned territory for the Urology product line. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise local account plans, promoting advocacy, optimal access, and increased adoption of our specialised products. Engage with healthcare stakeholders, including payers and professionals, to ensure the products are readily accessible. Your mission is to remove local barriers, expedite access, and enhance prescribing opportunities in key accounts.
Your ultimate objectives are to boost product usage across the health economy, implement positive protocols and guidelines locally, and achieve sales targets while expanding market share in your assigned accounts. Cultivate clinical advocates aligned with our client's vision and collaborate with NHS localities to devise innovative solutions benefiting patients and the NHS. Your efforts contribute to a triple win for all parties involved.
Key Activities for this Role: Meet sales targets for the assigned territory. Act as the local NHS expert, navigating the evolving NHS landscape adeptly. Develop robust relationships with key NHS stakeholders across various layers. Develop local sales forecasts and contribute to regional forecasts. Engage with identified customers to optimise access environments for specialty brands. Essential Knowledge & Experience: Experience in Key Account Management within the pharmaceutical sector. Ability to deliver effective local forecasts and demonstrate business ownership. Valid driving license and willingness/ability to travel. Understanding of Compliance and Regulatory legislation in the pharmaceutical industry. Proficiency in stakeholder management at different levels. Preferred Knowledge & Experience: Ideally, a degree in life sciences or related field. Experience in market access is advantageous. Education/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in life sciences or equivalent. ABPI (Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry) qualification. Additional Information: Permanent, full-time position. Field-based role in Norfolk & Waveney, Suffolk & North East Essex, Bedfordshire Luton & Milton Keynes, Cambridgeshire & Peterborough with expected travel.
