Key Account Manager

Job summary
The Key Account Manager (KAM) will create value for SGS and the Business Units through growth in sales and margins with large strategic customers.Responsible for serving as the day-to-day contact in supporting the client relationship and deliverables.This individual will provide excellent client service and effectively manage multiple projects.
Job seniority: director level and above
Responsibilities
• Responsible for profitable growth of strategic and key accounts within a specific region.• Drive the product mix that aligns with the SGS product strategy.• Establish sales strategies/tactics and coordinate with the Sales Team.• Direct sales efforts for large key accounts including pricing.• Plan and evaluate annual sales plan and expense plan for each key customer.• Measure sales performance and prepare annual sales forecasts, budgets, and programs.• Collaborate with Strategic Suppliers and inform management of market trends and competitor activities.• Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a 4-year college or university is required.• 10+ years of related experience and/or training.• Successful track record in Account Management, National Account Management preferred.
