Our Accounting and Controls Manager is accountable for: Providing technical accounting and financial controls guidance and training to the Company's subsidiary locations
Assisting in management of M&A finance activities and implementation of newly acquired entities
Utilizing knowledge of the Company's information systems to adapt accounting processes to system and business changes and participate in IT projects as SME in areas of expertise
Performing quarterly review and analysis of results of required reporting from subsidiary finance teams
Managing other special projects as assigned
Essential Skills: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Master's degree in related field (preferred)
Excellent knowledge of U.S. GAAP accounting, SEC reporting requirements, and application of Sarbanes-Oxley ICFR requirements
Strong ability to problem-solve and work collaboratively with subsidiary finances teams, as well as Operations and other corporate support departments
Experience in leading individual contributors and/or project teams
CPA license(preferred)
Seeking 7+ years in Accounting or equivalent internal experience, including 4+ years of Public Accounting, Corporate Accounting at an SEC filing entity or equivalent experience required
