Job summary
Koch Industries is seeking Engineering Interns in Mechanical, Electrical, and Process Engineering.Interns will have opportunities for real experience and to be challenged.Multiple locations available: Dodge City, KS, Fort Dodge, IA, and Beatrice, NE.
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Perform root cause analysis investigations related to electrical failures.• Interface with vendors and support procurement for electrical replacement parts.• Write specs and data sheets for electrical.• Support project engineering team and prepare project scopes, schedules, budgets, etc.• Manage assigned engineering work orders and collaborate with multidisciplinary team.• Field verification of engineering drawings and data collection.• Prepare design calculations and reports.• Assist other departments with engineering requests.• Collaborate with process engineering team to identify and implement process improvements.• Conduct data analysis, generate reports, and document processes.
Requirements
• Enrolled in a degree or alternative program.• Eligible for full-time employment by Summer 2026.• Legal authorization to work permanently in the US without visa sponsorship.
