Responsibilities
• Cover all aspects of accounting, including, but not limited to:• Daily review of corporate credit card expenditures (Navan expense reporting platform)• Review POs/receivers initiated by Operations and generate invoices• Prepare billback invoices for suppliers and 3PL partners• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations – including fixed assets, prepaid expenses• Post journal entries into General Ledger system and update related schedules• Assist Senior Accountant with month-end close process• Ad hoc projects
Requirements
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree required; Accounting major a plus• 1-3 years of experience in accounting• Knowledge of ERP systems (preferred) and Quickbooks desktop• Advanced Excel skills required, high level of proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications• Strong communication, both written and oral• Superior organizational skills, detail oriented, must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere.
