Responsibilities of the Junior Recruitment Specialist:
Conducting full-cycle recruiting for multiple positions, including writing and posting job ads, sourcing, and screening candidates, conducting interviews through various mediums, and extending offers to successful candidates
Comprehensive tracking and management of candidates through multiple sources
Maintaining consistent communication with the hiring g teams to provide updates on positions
Requirements of the Junior Recruitment Specialist:
A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Comfortable navigating through various software systems
A customer service mindset with a focus on advocacy
$21.00- $25.00/hour
