Responsibilities
• Post general ledger and journal entries• Maintain work papers and account analysis• Assist with property budgets and expense reimbursement• Assist with tenant billings• Prepare and process accounts receivables and payables• Re-class improper GL coding and reconcile bank statements• Tie GPR to rent roll• Calculate management and bookkeeping fees• Connect and collect from subsidy agencies• Track ERAP payments received
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting required• 2 years of professional accounting experience• Strong analytical and organizational skills• Experience with affordable multi-family properties• Excellent communication skills• Detail-oriented and ability to work independently
Key Skills Needed
• Microsoft Office Excel• Yardi is a plus
