A well-established California business law firm is seeking an accomplished attorney ready to further their career with their highly awarded Trust & Estates practice group. We're searching for a driven attorney with a background in trust & estates. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex estate planning and disputes, trust administration, and probate law. As a central member of the team, the selected attorney will have the opportunity to manage their caseload in a collegial office atmosphere. Qualifications:
* Minimum of 7 years of litigation experience
* Extensive experience in estate planning, including wills, trusts, and advanced healthcare directives, and probate matters
* Proven aptitude for cultivating strong client relationships, with an emphasis on commitment to client satisfaction
* Proficiency in independently managing a caseload, consistently meeting deadlines with precision
* Exceptional written and oral communication skills
* J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
* Active membership with the California Bar
* An LL.M. in Tax is a valuable asset, but not required
* Book of business is not required
