Benefits include retirement savings plan, health insurance stipend.Responsibilities:Build and maintain relationships through networking and prospecting with realtors, builders, and community leaders to attract new businessWith the help of your team, create engaging and results-oriented marketing initiatives to attract high-quality leadsAt a minimum, maintain an active rolling pipeline of at least 3 loans per monthSell yourself, your team, and your loan products effectively for potential new leadsTrain your skills and continually learn the guidelines, products, and services that our lenders have to offer to your clientsBe available during the weekends to address files and send pre-approval letters when clients are making offersMonitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered toCoach borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine what is a great fit for their goalsTake extreme ownership when working with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactionsQualifications:Must have an active NMLS WA Mortgage Originator LicenseAt least 2 years of experience in mortgage origination as a loan officer or loan officer assistant is requiredExceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills requiredAn understanding of loan originator software such as Arive LOS, CRMs such as Bonzo, and experience in Microsoft Office Suite is highly preferredA deep understanding of VA, FHA, USDA, Conventional, Construction, and other types of loans is highly preferredAbout Company:We don't treat clients like transactions, we treat them like family.
