Junior Construction Project Manager St. Paul, MN | Direct Hire | $60k-$70k Konik is partnered with a growing construction company that is looking to add a Junior Project Manager to their team.
Junior Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:
Handle overall project finances including managing the budget, tracking expenses, and minimizing exposure and risk for the project. Oversee all areas of construction projects including project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed, and communicate to upper management Monitor the progress of construction activities on a regular basis to ensure the plan is following the established timeline. Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, including architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, and laborers. Junior Construction Project Manager Qualifications:
