• Oversee and manage daily operations of the clinic• Achieve all membership and retail sales goals• Manage sales associates and massage therapy staff• Train and monitor performance of sales associates• Create and maintain staff and therapist work schedules• Provide excellent service to members/guests• Maintain professional and impeccable clinic environment• Generate sales reports, payroll, and bank deposits• Maintain inventory and order supplies• Communicate expectations to staff and create winning team
Requirements
• Management, sales, and/or marketing experience helpful• Sales experience in service/retail industry• Effective communication skills• Ability to train and motivate staff• Good organizational and time management skills• Attention to detail• Customer service-oriented• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Proficient in computer systems and software• High school diploma or equivalent required
