Responsibilities
• Posting daily cash transactions• Preparing weekly Collections Report• Monthly coding and reconciliation of AMEX• Assisting with vendor and expense report coding• Monthly reconciliation of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable• Handling monthly physical IT inventory and reconcile account• Assisting with internal and external audits
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance• 0-1 years of accounting experience• Basic knowledge of accounting principles• Strong analytical skills• Proficient Microsoft Excel skills• Self-motivated and detail-oriented• Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize• Unquestionable integrity, objectivity, and independence• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence• Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality• Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines
