Responsibilities
• Assisting students, teachers, parents, and district personnel• Verifying addresses, assigning student numbers, and scheduling appointments• Preparing and maintaining student transcripts and CUM folders• Ensuring compliance with immunization policy• Preparing various reports and training office assistants• Taking and delivering messages, dispensing medications• Providing copy and fax machine services• Assisting with graduation preparations and diplomas• Collecting testing fees and other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Working knowledge of high school registration and counseling policies and procedures• Word processing, computer operation, and basic math skills• Skilled in operation of office machines, bookkeeping, filing, and communication• High school diploma or equivalent• Six months full-time secretarial experience preferred
