Journeyman Plumber Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various plumbing activities relating to installation, repairs, and maintenance of residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, equipment, and controls in and residential premises. Provide plumbing services for custom home construction and remodeling. Inspect and troubleshoot plumbing systems to identify and remedy defects. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout of plumbing system. Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and safety regulations. Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure proper functioning. Qualifications:
Journeyman Plumber certification. Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing. Thorough knowledge of plumbing principles and practices. Knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and materials.
