CP is a fast-paced work environment that requires flexibility to service the needs of our customers & CP team members. In this role, you will perform truck repair and maintenance work, run diagnostics on vehicles, and work closely with other team members to meet company goals. There will be a focus on preventative maintenance, complex diagnosis, and repair along with ability to order parts. A specific set of tools is required for this position.

40-hour work week with overtime available depending on workload.
Shop hours are Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays.
Our fleet consists of passenger vehicles to Class 8.

Essential Functions Include but Not Limited To: Collaborate with the repair team to diagnose and plan repairs. Maintain complete and accurate maintenance records. Conduct scheduled and unscheduled inspections. Maintain parts inventory and cleanliness in the work area. Ability to train and motivate team members. Knowledge of shop flow; dispatching and scheduling. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Desired Qualification: The following certifications are a PLUS!
DOT Inspector Certification Air Brake Inspector Certification Refrigeration 608 & 609 Certifications. CDL A or B. Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. All new hires must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
