Responsibilities
• Install heating and air conditioning systems, including ductwork and sheet metal work.• Occasionally work overtime or on Saturdays.• Ensure customer satisfaction with expert installation and service.• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.• Follow all industry safety standards and regulations.• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems if necessary.• Provide excellent customer service.• Maintain accurate records of all installations and repairs.• Stay up to date with industry standards and advancements.• Attend training sessions as required.
Requirements
• Journeyman license OR the hours necessary to obtain a license.• Strong familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams.• Familiarity with a wide range of equipment and the knowledge to install them.• Ability to perform physical functions for the job, including lifting over 75 pounds.• Basic computer skills.• Strong critical thinking skills.• Personable and eager to provide excellent customer service.• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.• Organized.
