Journeyman Electrician

At Peak EV Solutions, we are seeking a qualified Journeyman Electrician with experience installing electric vehicle charging stations to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding the infrastructure for electric vehicles, promoting a cleaner and more sustainable future.
Responsibilities:
Perform safe and efficient installations of level 2 and potentially DC Fast Chargers at residential and commercial locations. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical codes (NFPA 70E) to ensure proper installation. Select, install, and terminate electrical wiring and components according to specifications. Test and troubleshoot electrical systems to verify functionality and safety. Maintain detailed records of installations, including permits, inspections, and test results. Collaborate with other technicians, contractors, and homeowners to ensure a smooth installation process. May participate in preventative maintenance and service calls for existing EV chargers. Assistance with providing estimates Inventory management (conduit, wiring, breakers, chargers, etc…) Qualifications:
Journeyman electrician license with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Proven experience installing electric vehicle charging stations preferred. Strong understanding of electrical codes (NFPA 70E) and safety protocols. Excellent knowledge of electrical theory and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude Benefits:
