Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair John Deere and other turf equipment• Set up new equipment based on manufacturer specifications• Occasionally travel to assist customers• Maintain equipment and ensure tools are in good working condition• Maintain general housekeeping duties in shop and property• Work with Service Manager to ensure consistent workflow• Maintain paperwork documentation of repairs• Read, write, and communicate with co-workers and managers• Help maintain and support safety policies• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• At least 3 years of technician experience or verifiable training• Basic set of tools• Good physical condition for heavy lifting and daily physical tasks• Current driver's license and reliable means of transportation• Compensation: Hourly, Full-time• Medical, dental, and vision insurance available• Disability & Life Insurance, 401(k) with company match• Holiday pay, vacation, and sick pay• Day shift
Key Skills Needed
