Responsibilities
• Identifying and developing transitional employment opportunities for customers• Conducting employer outreach to find potential employment• Preparing customers for interviews and helping them understand company needs• Assisting customers with resume preparation and job applications• Coordinating with other organizations to provide a broad array of employment opportunities• Maintaining follow-up contact with employers for quality improvement
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in social services or related field• 4 years of direct customer service experience• Experience in programs that place customers in employment• Experience in a fast-paced, team environment• Exceptional customer and employer service skills• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail• Experience with publicly-funded programs• Knowledge of laws and regulatory requirements• Ability to use electronic systems for job duties• Experience in developing employment opportunities for diverse individuals• Ability to match and place job seekers in employment opportunities• Ability to organize hiring events and job fairs• Capable of preparing and delivering performance reports
