Jc Source Rep LLC in Durham, NC is looking for one janitorial services part time independent contractor to join our 11 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged. Flexible Schedule Competitive wage Responsibilities Servicing of Sanitary Napkin Dispensers/pods. Service includes 2X per week removal and disposal of soiled contents per department instruction, cleaning units, change batteries and liners and overall inspection to address any damage and apply deodorizer. Narcan station inspection. Weekly and monthly visual inspections, documented results, and replacement of supplies, when needed.  Qualifications Weekday availability, some weekend availability Reliable transportation/driver's license Reliable and dedicated team member Ability to walk long distances and ability to climb stairs as regular work.
