Janitorial / Maintenance Position

Job Summary:White's Auto Mall is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual for a full-time Janitorial/Maintenance position at our location in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facility in order to provide a safe and welcoming environment for our customers and employees. The Janitorial/Maintenance position is an individual contributor role within the Auto industry and the compensation for this position is $15 per hour, paid biweekly.Compensation & Benefits:Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, EAP, and 401K with company match.White Family Foundation Scholarship Program: Up to $5000 per year for employee's children.Paid Vacation, Personal Days, and Holidays.Employee Discounts on vehicles, parts, and service.Family-Owned Legacy: Join a dealership with over 100 years of family ownership.Responsibilities:Clean and maintain all areas of the facility including customer waiting areas, restrooms, offices, and service bay areasEmpty trash, replace liners, and dispose of wasteMaintain inventory and order cleaning supplies as neededDust and wipe down all surfaces, including windows, counters, and furnitureMop and vacuum floors on a regular basisClean and disinfect high touch surfaces such as door handles and countertopsNotify management of any repairs or maintenance neededAssist with maintaining grounds and outdoor areasAdhere to all safety protocols and guidelinesWork collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure a clean, organized, and functional facilityRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrior janitorial or maintenance experience preferredKnowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniquesAbility to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)Strong attention to detail and ability to multitaskGood communication and time management skillsMust be able to work days, evenings, and weekends as neededEEOC Statement:White's Auto Mall is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, veteran status or any other legally protected status.
