PART-TIME JANITOR | KAIYUH SERVICES, LLC
JOB OVERVIEW
Kaiyuh Services, LLC is seeking a part-time Janitor to join our team to work in Neenah, WI. This position keeps buildings in clean and orderly condition and performs heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.
Work Hours: 8-12 hours per week on average. We are flexible on the schedule but the work must be completed between Tuesday-Thursday between 8am-5pm. It can be completed in one day or broken out into multiple days.
The pay for this position is $17.20 and includes a Health and Welfare fringe of $4.41 (per hours paid) which will be paid out. Combined rate of pay is $21.61 per hour. Benefits include paid vacation (after 1 year of service) and paid sick leave.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them Gather and empty trash Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees Service, clean, and supply restrooms Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment Clean and polish furniture and fixtures Other duties as assigned ABOUT YOU
High School diploma or GED Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Must have the ability to carry heavy objects of up to 50 pounds Ability to push, pull, stoop, bend or stand for long periods of time Prior janitorial experience preferred OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
