We're looking for a Janitor to join our facilities team! The Janitor ensures that both our Amenities Center and our Career Center office buildings are cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized to promote a healthy and safe environment that supports our vision to empower employees and partners.
Work hours: Monday - Friday 1:00 PM – 9:00PM (Must have flexibility)

Pay Range: $17.50-$19.00/hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
Job Description Provide general office building sanitation and janitorial services Clean and sanitize building including all classrooms, hallways, breakrooms, lobbies, lounges, elevators, stairways, exterior grounds, storage areas. Meet all local, state, and federal sanitation guidelines Light maintenance as needed Safely operate any equipment used for maintenance Remove trash from all areas of the building and empty all bins before end of shift Qualifications Be able to maintain accurate files and records Prepare reports as needed Understand and carry out oral and written directions Detail oriented Strong communication skills Organizational skills to maintain an appropriate inventory of supplies and consumables Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships High school diploma required Pay Range: $17.50-$19.00/hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
