• Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees• Ensure effective execution of 'My Promise to You' and the Service Profit Chain• Maintain positive brand image and guest service• Analyze restaurant operational and financial performance• Develop and execute action plans to increase sales and profitability
Requirements
• High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent• 1+ years of experience as a Shift Leader or 1 year experience as an Assistant Manager• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager with some P&L responsibility• Must be at least 18 years old• Must complete Assistant Manager training classes• Must be ServSafe certified• Good organization and planning skills
