Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IVR Developer with expertise in Concentrix IVR platform, Interaction Composer, and Invision Studio. The ideal candidate will have experience with ASR, TTS, SQL/RDMS, and will be proficient with tools like Visio, LucidChart, DrawIO, ALM/Rally, and Jira. Familiarity with the SAFe Agile methodology is required.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain IVR systems using Concentrix IVR platform, Interaction Composer, and Invision Studio.
Utilize ASR (speech recognition) and TTS (text-to-speech) technologies to enhance user experience.
Manage and optimize SQL/RDMS for efficient data storage and retrieval.
Create and update diagrams and workflows using Visio, LucidChart, and DrawIO.
Track and manage project progress using ALM/Rally and Jira.
Apply SAFe Agile methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IVR systems and associated technologies.
Primary Skills:
Expertise with Concentrix IVR platform, Interaction Composer, and Invision Studio.
Proficiency in ASR and TTS technologies.
Strong knowledge of SQL/RDMS.
Experience with Visio, LucidChart, and DrawIO.
Familiarity with ALM/Rally and Jira.
Knowledge and experience with SAFe Agile methodology.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in IVR systems or related technologies.
Several years of experience working with IVR platforms and associated tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
