Provide production and technical/functional support for Ivalua P2P on-demand solution.
Research and analyse issues related to the Ivalua P2P process and related systems, offering troubleshooting, defect analysis, recommendations, and resolutions.
Implement configuration changes and enhancements, including custom programs, new releases, interfaces, reports, conversions, and updates to the Ivalua P2P solution
Actively collaborate with Ivalua for enhancements, requests, and updates, partnering with key business users and stakeholders to efficiently meet business needs
Manage change and incident management processes, resolve end-user tickets, develop functional specifications, and perform testing
4+ years of relevant experience supporting procure to pay or ERP systems - Ivalua, Ariba, Coupa, Lawson/Infor or Oracle
In-depth functional and technical expertise in procure to pay business processes, encompassing master data, Catalog management, configuration, reporting, approval flow, integration, testing, and solution roll-outs/upgrades
Experience with systems integration, middleware, and EDI/AS2
Proficiency in developing functional specifications and utilizing change and incident management tools like ServiceNow or Jira
Advanced skills in using Microsoft Office products, Visio, and MS Access
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and quick adaptation to new software and applications
Demonstrated commitment to customer service and a proactive approach to reviewing and enhancing processes and procedures to improve service quality, delivery, and support
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience in project delivery using agile/scrum methodology
