Responsibilities
• Own and define ITSM business process management capabilities• Ensure expected outcomes of process management are achieved• Serve as ITSM best practice expert• Deliver strategic roadmap and daily SIAM/ITSM services• Establish and maintain SIAM/ITSM business process architecture strategy• Provide direction and coaching for process owners and analysts• Identify strengths and areas for process management improvements• Evaluate existing capabilities and provide recommendations for improvement• Meet with leaders to identify opportunities and risks• Oversee capability improvement projects
Requirements
• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required• Minimum 3 years of experience in senior-level ITSM architect or strategic advisory role• Experience with enterprise service, process, or functional capability development• Experience with technical service design and establishment of service and operating level agreements• Experience delivering measurable outcomes and reporting results• ITIL v4 Foundation Certification required• BA or BS degree in IT, Information Systems, or Business preferred
