Job Summary: The University of Kentucky's Healthcare IT department at the University of Kentucky is currently searching for an ITSM Analyst to manage the enterprise-level ITSM platform, ServiceNow. Alongside platform administration, the role entails the development of modules for enterprise-wide use. As part of your responsibilities, you will oversee and enhance the Event Management module within ServiceNow, ensuring its smooth operation in monitoring and managing IT events and alerts. Moreover, you will actively contribute to the creation and upkeep of custom scripts, business rules, and integrations to improve the platform's capabilities and address unique business requirements.
Skills /Knowledge/Abilities: The ideal candidate will have skills in MS Office Suite, Web Services/ API , Object Oriented Programming.

Required License/Registration/Certification : None
Preferred Education/Experience: Preferred candidate will have one or more years experience in ServiceNow administration.
