Responsibilities
• Serve as IT team lead and provide leadership, vision, and strategic planning• Manage development, maintenance, and systems security of internal and external systems• Manage infrastructure operations, provide technical support, and ensure IT security• Participate in disaster recovery planning and adhere to industry best practices• Develop IT strategic plan and identify technological solutions• Serve as designee for EDD CIO as needed• Provide essential services to employees, management, oversight agencies, and constituents
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, Engineering, or similar technical degree• 4 years of experience in at least two of the following areas: Applications Development, IT Architecture, Data Management, Network Administration, Project Management, IT Security/Compliance, or Systems Administration• Substitution options available, see Substitution Table
Key Skills Needed
