Summary:
The IT Infrastructure Technician will be tasked with providing tier 1 remote and local technology support for this national manufacturing company which operates 6 manufacturing facilities and 90+ sales offices across the US. Employee will also assist with hardware installation, inventory and asset management along with other information technology management related tasks. This is not a remote role and will be based working out of our corporate office in Raleigh.
Qualifications: 1-3 years previous experience working in a help desk or technology support roleKnowledge of Apple Hardware, MacOS & IOS. Excellent software and hardware troubleshooting skills working with both Windows and Mac OS personal computers.Must have a solid understanding of basic networking as it relates to connectivity of Windows/Mac workstations, printers, scanners and other network connected devices.Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be professional in appearanceExperience working with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 a plus.Salary: Competitive base salary with monthly bonus based on productivity and profits.
