This role offers competitive compensation ($40-$47/hour ) with the potential to convert to a permanent role at the end of the contract period.
As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing advanced hardware and software issues. They will support network infrastructure, install and configure computer systems, provide support for Office 365 and Microsoft Teams among other operating systems, and assist with manufacturing equipment and site security processes.

Requirements: Associate's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a comparable program required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
5+ years of providing IT support
Experience supporting Windows Operating Systems, Android and Apple Devices, Configuration Manager, Active Directory, corporate networks, Modern Workplace, Azure AD, End Point Manager, Intune, Office 365.
Description: Troubleshoot complex technical issues for hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
Perform network testing and maintenance.
Manage device replacements, deployments, and installations.
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
Collaborate with team members and share technical knowledge.
Act as a technical resource for projects and communicate changes to end-users.
Handle advanced warranty and repairs, and support equipment ordering.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve user issues effectively.
Pay Details: $40.00 to $47.00 per hour
