Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for various devices and systems including computers, mobile devices, printers, and applications.
Maintain thorough documentation of processes and procedures.
Manage inventory and maintain spreadsheets/databases.
Prioritize and handle telephone, email, and helpdesk inquiries, escalating issues when necessary.
Conduct on-site support at multiple offices, field locations, and construction sites.
Assist with physical tasks such as lifting heavy items, pulling wiring, and working at heights.
Offer basic network troubleshooting and support.
Assist with software deployment, updates, and system security measures.
Aid in onboarding/offboarding procedures for employees.
Conduct training sessions on IT procedures and software usage.
Promote and enforce IT security policies to mitigate cybersecurity threats.
Develop and maintain a knowledge base for self-service troubleshooting.
Provide support on IT projects and assist with system upgrades and implementations.
Offer remote support to offsite employees using remote access tools.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in IT support through continuous learning and professional development.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of an Associate's Degree or equivalent.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
1-2 years of experience in IT help desk support.
Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Valid driver's license.
Experience with iOS and Windows operating systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in construction (preferred but not required).
Work Environment:
Limited exposure to extreme atmospheric conditions; primarily based in a general office environment.
