Axiom Technologies is seeking a resource to coordinate activities and plansOnsite/on-call assistance to end-users in desktop computing environmentGlobal IT Services partner supporting medium to large-scale enterprises
Job seniority: associate level
Responsibilities
• Troubleshooting computer OS/peripherals and handling PC operating systems• Installing hardware/software and deploying tools like SCCM• Providing printer support and troubleshooting MS Office tools• Supporting a variety of technologies and services• Managing time and resources effectively in high-profile situations• Communicating effectively with clients and end-users• Delivering quality work both independently and in a team-oriented environment• Maintaining and working with confidential information• Maintaining excellent end-user computing skills and infrastructure support• Being a self-starter and thinking outside of the box
Requirements
• Experience in PC/Laptop OEM maintenance, CompTIA A+ or related certification• Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office applications, and PC/Laptop hardware• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, and Apple OS• Experience in a similar role with 2+ years of relevant experience• Willingness to travel 10-20 miles as required
Key Skills Needed
• Customer service and people skills• Troubleshooting skills applicable to Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems
