• Troubleshoot computer OS/peripherals• Handle different PC operating systems• Perform hardware/software installations• Provide printer support• Install and troubleshoot MS Office tools• Support a variety of technologies and services• Troubleshoot Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems• Manage time and resources in high-profile situations• Maintain professionalism under pressure
