Roles and Responsibility Must Haves: SME in supporting applications (Warehouse Management Systems and Transportation Management Systems). Client currently uses Microlistic WMS and Cargowise TMS (other systems are ok).  Experience supporting ERP (Oracle, SAP or ServiceNow experience). SME in Active Directory administration and troubleshooting (such as user account set-up, password resets, group policy) Supporting VPNOur client is currently building a new office in Phoenix. This is a brand-new position. This person will support this new office in-person; and provide remote helpdesk support to all 13 locations in the US along with the 2 other IT service desk (1 in LA and 1 in Chicago).
